[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Damage to the electric pole

This is to inform that my flat electric pole got damaged due to rain water harvesting construction work because of that only single phase came instead of triple phase so we complaint to EB office they send one person and he came and said the problem and he told us to change the cable and it cost around Rs.12000/- including labor charge. Actually, it is not a mistake of our flat member so why i have to spend that much. So, then i complaint to corporation they came and said it is our and EB people mistake so we will rectify that but still now no action has taken moreover yesterday night at 7pm full power gone only in my flat still there is no power in my flat we are following both the corporation and EB office but there is no response.
