[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Low voltage

Mail regarding Low voltage in building, S2 2nd floor, above IOB, 11th Avenue, Jawaharlal Neharu Road, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-83, Land mark -Near KK nagar BSNL exchange/ RTO office.

Last 1 month there is a voltage fluctuation in this building, More than 3 times we have complained about this issues but no proper response from your end.

Kindly take immediate action over it .

Sir, My Native Place is Bommayar Palayam at Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu.
My Street Name is periya palayamman kovil street,
In My Place There Is Very Low Voltage at Rating (Below 180 volt) at All Times Till also in Night time.
Me and Also My Area People are More Suffering by Low Voltage Problem.
We are Unable Fill Water in Tank For Our Daily Need's.Beacuse Also The Municipal Water is Not Comming,
Our Electronic Equipments are Getting spoiling,

We Also My Area People Are Complainted to
1.Our Area thalaivar(leader),
2. All EB officer's,
3.JR Of EB in kottakuppam branch,

And also our people are writed letter to EB Offfice, He's All are Not Responding,


So, Please Take Some Action

There is low voltage ( 170 - 200 V ) prevailing in G-2, Pl.No.19, Mahavir Nagar, Bharani Street, Bharathi Nagar, Velachery

I am D Saravanan. I am residing in No.1/268 Sri Rangarajapuram, Salem Main Road, Nochiam, Trichy 621 216, . I feel power fluctuations and I am facing low voltage problem in my house for 3 months. Fan, Computer, Fridge and washing machine turns off when there is a low voltage. Inverter power also goes and not taking charge properly.
So kindly solve my problem and provide us with 3phase current connection or arrange to new Transformer nearly My consumer is Service No.[protected]. Kindly do the need fully as early as possible. thank you sir

I am from thoriappakkam chennai, this complaint is regarding low voltage, because of these type of flexuations in current voltage .our TV, AC are getting effected, tube lights are not working.We are spending our monthly salaries for all repairs.

TNEB is collecting electric bill, who will bear all our expenses, will this government or TNEB.If we are unable to pay the electric bill in correct time this TNEB people will cut the current.on their side they are correct.Due to lowtage if our Electrical items get effected who will bear.Do needful not for my sake for society sake.

Dear sir/madam I am from palacode from past 2 year the voltage level is very low it reach under 150 v and it some time 100v under we are told EB staff they didn't take any reaction .so we are request to solve our problem we are not do our jobs timely humble request to solve our problem.

I already give complaint last 2 month's and also give gentle reminder last week but no response in TNEB office. I am from senthamil nagar, karuppayurani, madurai.

We are very much suffering because of low voltage for last one year.after several request and approaches to karuppayurani EB they have installed poles for new connection last month after that their is no further action.

we had given a complaint our area low voltage to mannarpuram eb office east trichy they replied that the problem will be solved soon that letter no: 531/13-14 (office no) dated 25.10.13 but still no steps had been taken by them for our problem we are suffering a lot due to low voltage we need a transformer in our area so please kindly take necessary action for our problem.

This is Ravishankar from Guduvancherri. we are residing at No:2, Nandeeswarar Avenue, Nandhivaram for the past 3 years. During the period of March to September or even more, we are getting very low poser supply especially the peak hours (6 - 11 PM). Due to this lot of electrical items are already defected. I think transformer will be the problem in this area. Please provide necessary action to rectify this problem.

fluctuation of voltage at ponniammanmedu, 4th main road, f block, Chennai-600110. voltage between 130 voltage and 150 only supplied to this street. particulary at night time even power is too low supplied between 120 and 140 voltage. We facing this problm for long time, most of the electrical appliance are not working. Water pumping motors not working properly. Morning hours also the same situation continues immediate attention required. A transformer installed in this area may reduce this problem to a great extent. Sir I m residing at Subramaniyar kovil street, Kallathur in ariyalur district. voltage between 80 voltage and 120 only supplied to this street. particulary at night time even power is too low supplied between 80 and 100 voltage. most of the electrical appliance are not working. Water pumping motors not working properly. Morning hours also the same situation continues immediate attention required. we are resident of Sabari nagar, Porur in chennai. For almost a month we have not had proper sleep because of the low voltage. when will this get resolved ? Do we need to lodge our petition on CM's (Amma) Cell. Yesterday, (2nd July) not less than 25 times the power went off.

Last week I gave complaint for low voltage. Today Foreman came from Nanganallur EB office and explained that in our flat single phase can be split up to three phase. Therefore low voltage occurs. I am living in this flat for the past three years.From 2012 to 2014 there is no low voltage, no power cut in our area. In our flat three phase connection are available.
In 2014 corporation put main in our area. At that time corporation people have cut our main EB cable. I gave complaint to EB department. They sent two persons for connecting main cable..The persons wrongly connected They gave connection by splitting single phase to three phases. Nearly one year we are suffering low voltage. Because of low voltage all fans
are not running properly. Motor gets spoiled. Air conditioner is not working properly.
Today Foreman came and told my wife that we have to spend Rs 10000/-. for proper connection. The flat is only three years old.
Kindly send your proper serviceman to connect all three phases in a proper way.
