i paid my electricity bill through TNEB Online payment. i also received message from the bank as the amount is debitted. but still i didn't receive the bill. my bill status is still not paid. what can i do?...

I PAID EB BILL ON 30.01.15 USING AXIS NETBANKING.MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION NO IS:13961700 BUT E-RECEIPT IS NOT GENERATED IN TNEB SITE.I FILED COMPLAINT:[protected] ON 30.01.15.STILL NOW THE PROBLEM IS NOT RECTIFIED.KINDLY RECTIFY IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
