Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — Regarding - Power cut and irresponsibility of attending calls by the corresponding area EB office

Hi I am latha from Thiruvanmiyur for the past two weeks we are continuosuly facing low voltage and power cut in our place.Power cut is not happening throughout the area only in my house.I called thiruvanmiyur EB office so many times but they are not at all picking up the call.I called head complaint department and registered a complaint also but it is also of no use
