[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — wrong reading

The person who took the meter reading has noted it down wrongly, instead
Of 4512 units he has noted 4610 units, i used to pay the bill
Online and the amount displayed was rs.110

Sub: Re-imburesment (or adjustment) of the remitted amount.

I am the owning a shopping complex at 92 vandipalayam road, cuddalore-2. I giving the rent for shops to one Mr.Sridhar. Recently the meter box have been changed on 25.10.14 while taking reading in the old meter 03184 units. (office register entry page 23)When they feeded in computer the have wrongly puts 03284 units. When I have requested above to the sub divisional office, they said that they will correct it while remitting the bill. But they instructed to me to remit the full amount because the last day. And they have ask me to appeal to concernd officers. So I request that the excess amount collected the 100 units, and kindly be refund or adjust to next months bill.

SIR MY NAME IS G.DHARMAN RESIDING AT CHINTALPADI VIILAGE MY EB SERVICE NO IS[protected] I RECECIVED A LETTER FROM AE TNEB CHINTALPADI IN THAT LETTER I AM ASKED TO PAY ARREAR BILL AMT RS 1119 FOR THE PERIOD 2/2013 TO 4/2013 MY METER IS NORMAL UPTO THE MONTH 4/2013 AND IT IS SHOWN AS DEFECTIVE IN THE MONTH 6/2013 IN 6/2013 I HAD PAID BILL FOR RS 670. 100 UNIT WAS ADDED TO PREVIOUS MONTH READING NOW IT IS CALCULATED THAT 670*3 = 2010-891=1119 ALREADY I HAD PAID THE EB BIIL FOR THE MONTH OF 6/2013 I REQUEST THE EB AUTHORITY KINDLY VERIFY BILL PAYMENT STATUS
