The toll at east coast road near mahapalipuram poonchery is collecting excess charges each time the commuters cross the toll and abusing the travellers crossing the toll if they demand for the balance amount. Please take action. I have attached the photocopy of the receipt containing all particulars to take action. The toll has no construction as seen in other tolls. Please take action to stop them charging more than the authorised charges. Legal action solicited on the person in the receipt uploaded. Please oblige.
