I am facing the same problem with this Tanish Mover packer. I booked them for (Date 8th September 2021) Chennai to Mandsaur for my all household items (TV, Bed, Sofa, Kitchen Items, 2 trolleys new dresses, and other household things, total 28 items). First, he (Ravinder) told me 15500 rs for it including Insurance and GST but after picked my luggage he sent me a 23000 rs bill. I was shocked and called him then he said bla bla bla and reduce 3000 rs bill on behalf of the insurance claim amount reduce (150000 to 50000). Today 10 days going to complete he is not given us the tracking number and insurance number and also not talking properly and misbehaving also. He is saying I will not give your Parcel you can do anything. I already paid 15000rs as per the commitment. l am suffering very bad condition (mentally and physically both). I lost everything.
