[Resolved]  Tanishq - Sodepur — complaint of forgery against tanishq employees (sodepur kolkata)

Yesterday on 20th october 2019, from sodepur kolkata tanishq branch i purchased amangalsutra worth 58131.40 rs in exchange of gold jewelleries about 20.923 gram melted gold (One chain-16 grams, locket-2 grams, small 2 pieces bangles-3 grams).in exchange of my 20.923 gram gold the tanishq company gave me 42494 rs only from which ibought mangalsutra worth 58131.40 by paying additional cash rs 15600. Before melting my ornaments the gold purity testing machine showed 21 carat the showroom employee told me to buy ornaments worth 70000 rsand it would increase mor than that. After melting the gold ornaments the person who melted my ornaments told me that the purity of gold dropped down from 21 carat to 12carat because of the bangels which was not pure enough and the company cannot take the gold.
The person who melted my ornamentshe added zinc to it while melting moreover he didn’t clean the ornaments before and after melting. Two person were involved in this forgery. They even malfunctioned the gold purity testing machine and also did not fill the gep register book. When ever these two person were checking the gold purity in purity testing machine, the machine was showing different readings at different time. How could it be possible?
When i started to yell upon the person my two friends were present there. He told me that he would talk to the maneger of the (Sodepure kolkata branch) tanishq showroom and would help us to buy the manglsutra and would give 20% discount too on manglsutra. After few minutes later he came back and said that for 20.923 grams gold, the company would bear the loss and pay 42494 rs and you have to pay 15600 cash in addition to the purchase of the mangalsutra.
Those two employees had stolen my gold worth rs 33866 (One who melted the ornaments and another with tattoed on the neck) not only that they have tarnished the name and reputation of the company “tanishq”. The conversation between us might be recorded in the cctv camera, if it is working properly.
Please look into the matter as early as possible and compensate my loss. The documents are attached to it to fulfil the purpose for my complaint.
