I too have received a message on my mobile reg the price drop of a tab and I click on the given link and selected the product and paid Rs 2999.00 from my bank credit card. The payment was made thru payu money and the payment was successful of Rs.2999 dtd 11.08.2020. After that i received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com for the confirmation of purchase and Order no was confirmed as MS1341 . Till today I have sent lot of mails to the same mail is and no reply for this and no dispatch details are received.Please trace this fraudulent company and punish it severely.
More than thatI found a customer care no([protected] and[protected] in net and I called on phone.They didn't lift my call initially.After 20 Minutes they called us and asked about the problem and I explained them the entire story.Then they told that you will receive refund and you need to fill up a refund form which will be sent to you through a link.I clicked on that link and I noticed the details they asked are Card expiry date and CVV.Again they have called and asked me to fill the refund form .I asked them why we have to submit these confidential details to you.They immediately disconnected the phone and never lifting again.
