Since then, we have been trying to contact you numerously over the phone but there is no response from your side. So, this mail is to let you know that we are ready to deliver your vehicle in any mentioned address as you say and still if you don't respond to this mail then in future we won't be responsible for taking care of your vehicle. Get in touch with us as soon as possible for a healthy relationship and quick delivery of your vehicle.

At the outset i would like to express my sincere gratitude toward you for special care for my zmr bike. But at the same time would like to inform you that the mail i have attached above is the 7th reminder from the concerned dealer during my last time off road problem when the bike was placed at their workshop even that time also my bike was there for almost 3to 4 months and what they have written that my bike's problem is totally solved and in one way they have corned me. But to the utter disgrace i have again send my same zmr to the same dealer within two months of what they have termed in their earlier mailed as total problem solved with the same complain and problem. And now after a span of 4 months when i have enquired about the bike they have state that i have to pay around 9000 to take the delivery of the bike. I don't mind paying but this time i am not in amood to pay a single penny with relevently if required. As an loyal hero customer for last 19 years i do have the rights to stake my calamity. Now its up to you to render me a help. I am leaving the final decision upon you. But be assure i would not carry any provoked issues. So i would request you to sincerely look into my stake of calamity. I hope you will do the best.
And even one more thing the concerned dealer have given me service bike which is also in pathetic condition which i have already informed them during my last off road problem. If required they can take back the service bike i don't need that. As i am owing some other mood transport of my own and which i am using for last 4 months and i am not dependent on that break down bike.
I am not a person who will stand to nuisance every time.
Looking for a positive response.
