I raised the complaint number - mjc6337838 & mjc6345360 regarding the inverter with serial number - 18hofsbab014208 not working. Engineer came up but didn't provided the resolution, he is trying to make me fool, he said this inverter will charge the batteries after 48 hours (But it has not been written anywhere in the user manual) and when i have asked him to give same in writing then one of the other person (Mr. Ankit) called me and argue and misbehaved over the phone, he said do whatever you want to do i don't bother any complaint.
