[Resolved] Tasmac — Selling above MRP price

Address: IMPORT LIQUOR SHOP TASMAC - Kelambakam-Kovalam Rd, Jothi Nagar, Kelambakkam, Tamil Nadu 603112

Bought Indian Challenge 750 ml ( MRP 880) but the sales person in IMPORT LIQUOR SHOP TASMAC Kelambakam-Kovalam Rd is collecting Rs 920 which RS 40 above the MRP price . Court as ordered not to sell above MRP but the sales persons in each TASMAC in TamilNadu are selling only above MRP. Where does this money goes?

This one might become very serious issue . Kindly take action against this issue .

True, every tasmac outlets in the city, why allover tamilnadu sells 10 r 20 rupees more the mrp.this has become a comman practice, & the salesman cooly says the share from tfom the extra earnings goes to every one in the government..don't understand what kind of loyalty, the government and its officers owes the people of tamilnadu. & why not even a single opposition party dares to talk about this matter ihe meetings as the concern not about liquer but mainly about corrupt practice.

None of the above complaints are neither investigated nor they were resolved. Reviews & responses area total eye wash.over pricing, on the "mrp " simply continues till today.I went to buy a" 180 ml *.bottle today, inambattur market & was charged rs 20 more onthe " mrp ".an absolute daylight loot. Will the "கடமை, கண்ணியம், கட்டுப்பாடு ", government take initiative to stop this kind of atrocity.
