My name is Kapil Kumar Maurya. I had taken a policy from tata aig life as date on 03/01/2011.Whose policy number is C[protected]. Within this policy, I had to pay cash of Rs 25,000/- for this policy was called a Renu sagar seminar. The Seminar was called both me and my wife. In fact, I am a resident of Anpara Sonebhadra. Here is not any of your office. Where I could have my second premium. Second premium submission date was 01/03/2012. Sir The call came from your office .She told us that your due date has arrived. I was out of my time here she sent an agent my home. At that time my wife, who paid him cash of Rs 25,000. I am sending a scan of the receipt. If your company is engaged in the seal. Suddenly my wife was very ill in sep_12. They were admitted to hospital but sorry I could not save him. Suddenly my house which was very large accidents that killed my wife as date on 21.09.12. I was so upset at home over the last three months that I could not tell you. But now I am being told that their deposits are as yet only 25,000 rupees. my policy was in yearly mode. I had total deposited Rs 50000/- in this policy. Both premiums had been paid by cash. About three weeks ago, All investigation has been completed by Tata Aig Life at my home. The original papers ( as policy bond, death certificate, id & address proof with premium receipt also ) were sent to the company with scan copy also. I talked to Mr. Vineet Jain (Tata Aig Life, Claim Dept., New Delhi) about my claim on this number[protected]. He told me that your claim has been completed. you will soon claim amount as before Holi festival. But today when I talked Mr. Vineet jain, He told that your claim has been cancelled. Cause I asked to cancel the policy. He did not tell me anything and you will know. Then phone has been disconnected. So, I am very confused. So we want to help. I had deposited Rs 50000/- in this poverty for continue this policy. I have three little kids also. I was quite upset about this. I was helpless. I had to suffer a lot about money. I have records of all documents about this policy. If they are needed, so I will definitely put in front of company. So we hope that soon I’ll get my claim.
