Hello, I hold a Car insurance policy # [protected]. My Policy expiry date is 5-Feb-2015. I have made the payment in advance after receiving call from Tata-AIG personnel begged more than 20 times to make it online for commission purpose by giving one link, even after I told I will make payment at the Office so that I can get the policy updated immediately. That Great criminal promised that I will get soft copy within 4 hours, or atleast policy will get updated so that I can print it online. However I have been calling on Thursday, Friday and Saturday also I have complain # 3537281 registered. No customer representative is giving promise that you can drive the vehicle and all the benefits are covered. Till now no progress from your end. Is this what professional thief? Instead you can really go and beg in front of the street for money. I myself was Ex-TATA employee long ago. This is not what TATA is known for. No wonder why TATA fires employee. Pathetic service. Is anybody sincere in your team who cares for customer? If so reply me at the earliest with solution. I am going to escalate this case If I don't get my problem solved ASAP and withdraw policy, and retire all Tata products.

    My dad buy TATA AIA Maha Life Gold Plan and we paid it 5 year now we are going to withdraw the policy then they are said that they deduct the 1st installment and give 30% of remaining value. But at the time of buying policy the agent said that you will get 90 to 95% refund if you closed and also said that this is life insurance plan and now company said that this is an traditional plan so where we now go..

      I paid my life insurance premium on 30 th Jan 2015 but i am yet a receive a reciept for the same. I paid it online. Iniitally when i contacted the customer care, they said it would take 48 hours . After 48 hrs i again contacted them, they said it might take another 48 hours . As my due date for submission was approaching i decided to directly go to the branch and get a premium receipt . The customer care was not able to provide one. I am unable to understand that what is the problem in giving the premium receipt ( NOT A PREMIUM CERTIFCATE WHICH IS GIVEN AFTER DUE DATE). IF I AM UNABLE TO GET THE RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY I HAVE PAID WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT TATA AIG GIVING.THERE IS NO OPTION ONLINE TO GET THE PREMIUM PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. IF TATA AIG IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE RECEIPT FOR THE PREMIUM I MADE WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS IT. I AM PLANNING TO CLOSE MY POLICY AND TAKE LEGAL COURSE AS ACTON AS PER LAW I AM ENTITLED TO GET ATLEAST GET AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY I AM PAYING.

        i want to close my policy.what is the surrender value of the policy.i have paid rs. 70000 for tata aia insurance till now.my policy number is C[protected].Before two week, i went to palayamkottai branch of tata aia life insurance company.They say that my policy surrender value is just rs.15000.please give me atleast the premium paid by me, that is Rs 70000.

            Hi, I had mistakenly paid premium to a wrong policy. I contacted TATA-AIA and after 2 months of relentless follow up i got the response that they have refunded my amount. I have neither received cheque nor i have received amount in my account. I have been following up on this for 3 to 4 months. Every time i call the customer care they say they will get back to me in 2 days. But the 2 days never comes, I have to again call the customer...

                Hi, This is with reference to the letter received from TataAIA Life about non receipt of premium for the Certificate of Insurance no. [protected]. I would like to bring in your notice that I have purchased this policy via Cheque no. 264541 of Allahabad Bank dated 17/04/2010. The same cheque has been cleared by Allahabad Bank on 23/04/2010. Post clearance of cheque I have also received the Certificate of Insurance from TATA AIA. I am unable to understand as how am I receiving this letter from Tata AIA Life after 4+ years of purchase of my policy. This doesn't seem to have a customer friendly approach and I do suspect if this is a fraudulent case. I am unhappy with this kind of service and would like to bring in your notice for immediate resolution. I have also contacted their helpline and register a complaint with complaint number 15052897. Inspite of escalating it to TATA AIA for almost a month, TATA AIA team is still investigating the case and not able to provide resolution. I would request your help to sort this case and help get extension to my policy as compensation.

                  I have taken the policy which is share market linked. But they have guaranteed sum assured after the lock in period of 10 years. I am supposed to pay the premium for 3 years. The same was informed to me by the agent and also it is mentioned in the company bond also. The sum assured is 2500000 and they have taken 500000, 90000 and 90000 in 3 years. This sum assured supposed to get at the end of 10 years or in case of death the nominee is supposed to get which ever is earlier. Another information which they gave me during making policy that, if the fund performs well, the highest NAV will be locked, which ever is the highest will be paid to me. But after paying for 3 years premium, there was no communication with me neither from company not from Agent. But now I called to company find out, how this fund is performing as the sensex is doing well since last few months. After 6 and half years, they responded from call centre saying that as this fund is not performing well, company has taken the decision and terminated policy before maturity period. They have dispatched an amount of 21000 All this has been done without informing me. What should I do now. Kindly help me.

                    sir, Your agent net ambit had approached me on your behalf regarding life insurance policy . I showed interest in one time policy cover and invested Rs 35000/ they also insured me that the policy cover will be issued as per your interest.but when i got the policy cover two policies nos C[protected] and C[protected] issued instead of one with half yearly mode of premium.Ihave contacted your customer care so many times to correct this type of mistake and one time policy suitable to me or refund my amount but no body bothers. Net Ambit brokers india ltd Mr Saurabh Shukla contacted me so many times for this life insurance he also ran away after cheating me may be hundrerds. Now I have approached through this complaint box to solve this issue action against the net ambit specially against mr saurbh shukla Sr Manager be taken fior such type of harrashment to me. kindle take action at earliest

                      Hi I Shamsunnisha, r/o G 139/S-2 3rd Floor DilshadColony Delhi 96 have taken a policy (Policy No. U[protected] dated 6/8/2010 andpaid first premium amount of 20000/-. For 2years we haven't received anycorrespondence from your side and when we get in touch with your executives in2012Dec. as per them our policy due amount was lowered thus we waited for thetenure of 3yrs to get over and now when we have send you cancellation requestfor the same we have received a cheque of amount 1500/- only, we completelyunderstand that we are not eligible for the full policy amount but atleast weare authorized to get the initial amount deposited from our end(20, 000/-).Thenin response to our complaint dated 18/08/2013 we have received your acknowledgement which stated that youwill revert in 10 working days but till date we haven't received any furthercommunication in this regard from your side. I would request you to kindly lookinto the matter on urgent basis. When we contacted by Mr. Arshad sittingin United Bank Of India Dilshad Colony(from where the policy was done) he failed to provideany solution for the problem).

                        I was an advisor with Tata AIG Life Insurance since 2004 and had regularly renewed my license regularly but could not complete the CMC criteria in 2012 - 13. I decided not to reinstate my license but to get into a general insurance company.
                        The general insurance company asked me to first get my name and urn no removed from the irda site for which I gave an application and also the original license and ID card to Tata AIG, which received the same and gave me a copy of the letter with their seal and signature.
                        Now Tata AIG is telling me that the urn no cannot be removed from the irda site and that I will first have to reinstate my license and give some business and then I can give an application for removal o[censored]rn no.
                        THIS IS BLOODY RIDICUOUS AND BECAUSE IRDA DOES NOT HAVE CLEAR CUT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, COMPANIES ARE HARASSING THEIR AGENTS WHO WISH TO CANCEL THEIR LICENSE AND WORK ELSEWHERE.

                            I have purchased vouchers for Pataya trip from one of the employee of TATA AIA Life Insurance. They have tie-up with "Travel Port" company based in Mumbai. I have paid 21000/- before one year. After some time, "Travel Port" has cancelled their contract with TATA AIA and since then I have not received any status from the company. I have sent mail to local Manager in Ahmedabad but they are not serious to pay attention to such problems. Now, company has sacked many employees and person who has sold me his voucher also has been sacked. I do not know whether company is serious to solve this matter or not.                               Sir, With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I have purchased a policy from your company on 27th September, 2010 bearing Policy No.U[protected] amounting to Rs.20,000/- , but I have paid only initial premium on 2010 and due to financial hardship I could not continue the policy. I have tried to contact the agent as well as office but neither company nor agent assist me. After thorough search I want to know the office at Exide near metro Rabindra Sadan and suddenly I rushed to that office and contact with them and as per my requirement they gave one statement but the said statement show that my present fund value is 0000 in liew of Rs.20,000/-. So, I fervently request your goodself to look into the matter sympathetically and take necessary action so that I may get my paid amount to my address given below as this will be very much helpful for me as I am suffering from financial hardship.                                 non refund of excess deduction

                                TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE is a subsidiary of TATA AIG and I hold a premium No. U[protected]. On 28.08.2013 the due date for the annual premium I paid the premium of Rs. 25,000.00 on line through my Credit Card. On 29.08.2013,
                                TATA AIA deducted the same amount again as the details were available with them. When I pointed out and demanded refund, they asked me to give my Bank details attested by the Bank, and I did it by paying a fee...

                                I purchased a TATA AIA online policy ( Application no. C[protected] on 7th June and submitted all the relevant document within one week.
                                After 3 week (God know why after so much time ) they again asked for one more document and I submitted same day.

                                Till today I didn't get any satisfactory reply from TATA team and now I feeling stuck.

                                Kindly let me know what can I do for this...

                                surrender of Policy

                                My name is Kapil Kumar Maurya. I had taken a policy from tata aig life as date on 03/01/2011.Whose policy number is C[protected]. Within this policy, I had to pay cash of Rs 25,000/- for this policy was called a Renu sagar seminar. The Seminar was called both me and my wife. In fact, I am a resident of Anpara Sonebhadra. Here is not any of your office. Where I could have my second premium. Second premium submission date was 01/03/2012. Sir The call came from your office .She told us that your due date has arrived. I was out of my time here she sent an agent my home. At that time my wife, who paid him cash of Rs 25,000. I am sending a scan of the receipt. If your company is engaged in the seal. Suddenly my wife was very ill in sep_12. They were admitted to hospital but sorry I could not save him. Suddenly my house which was very large accidents that killed my wife as date on 21.09.12. I was so upset at home over the last three months that I could not tell you. But now I am being told that their deposits are as yet only 25,000 rupees. my policy was in yearly mode. I had total deposited Rs 50000/- in this policy. Both premiums had been paid by cash. About three weeks ago, All investigation has been completed by Tata Aig Life at my home. The original papers ( as policy bond, death certificate, id & address proof with premium receipt also ) were sent to the company with scan copy also. I talked to Mr. Vineet Jain (Tata Aig Life, Claim Dept., New Delhi) about my claim on this number[protected]. He told me that your claim has been completed. you will soon claim amount as before Holi festival. But today when I talked Mr. Vineet jain, He told that your claim has been cancelled. Cause I asked to cancel the policy. He did not tell me anything and you will know. Then phone has been disconnected. So, I am very confused. So we want to help. I had deposited Rs 50000/- in this poverty for continue this policy. I have three little kids also. I was quite upset about this. I was helpless. I had to suffer a lot about money. I have records of all documents about this policy. If they are needed, so I will definitely put in front of company. So we hope that soon I’ll get my claim.

                                Tata Aig Insurance Co. Ltd. — Tata Aig - Insurance Policy

                                Myself Rajesh Machhal having your HSBC Credit Card No.[protected]. On the basis of that card I had received a call from Tata Aig regarding Policy Offer.In which your marketing executive had given me some information about Health Care Policy.

                                They had told me that we are offering you an health insurance policy and they explain me the benefits of that policy etc.At that time they had asked me Sir we will send you the policy document at your home you go through the document and benefits also and discuss with your family member and thenafter if you don't want to take this policy just give us intimation we will cancel your policy.

                                On 17th April 2008 I had received your Policy documents containing Policy No. HCP[protected] & 10400 and on 18th April 2008 I had call at Tata AIG customer care (Mr.Ravinder Patil, Javed Krueshi, & Mr. Chirag ) and inform about not acceptance of Policy.But they force me to reject the cancellation request and also they replied if you cancel this policy we will charge 25% amount of Annual Premium which is totally wrong.

                                Now I am not interested in taking Policy but Tata Aig is not ready to cancel the policy also they are asking me for taking cancellation charge If I will cancel the same.At the time of giving information they didn't give any intimation about cancellation charge.

                                Please do the needful on urgent basis.
