My father is a to be life planner in the esteemed life insurance agency we all know as tata aia life insurance. As you are well aware that during the december cluster there was contest to win a smart watch. My father had won a smart watch during that time.
My father parimal ganguly of durgapur branch id no-4593218 has got a smart watch as a gift from your organization but the problem is the watch not only of significantly less value but also a broken one. We have complained the branch multiple times but the thing is whoever we complain they say it's not their department.
Sir, its very humiliating to see that no one cares about the agents and advisers and life planners of the company who are backbone of the company. People like my father are the ones who go in the field and do business with clients but at the end of day they are like slaves who can be overlooked. Tata once stood for trust and truthful activity but now some people are corrupting the whole image of the company.
Sir, the smart band v9 silver costs relatively lower than what it is shown in the cash memo and the watch what we got was also a broken watch. Despite trying multiple times we can not get a response from the people in our branch.
They always refer us to another employee and he refers to another one and all they do is saying this is not their department and to take the matter someone else.
Having no other option i had to lodge a complaint here.
I have attached photos of the watch i got and cash memo with a photo of the original cost of the watch. See for yourself that the watch costs 5 times less than what is given here and also the watch is broken so i would like to have a replacement as soon as possible and i want the person responsible be punished very strongly.
