Policy No. C[protected] matured on 26.03.2022 of TATA AIG Life
The above Policy was matured on 26.03.2022 and all the documents required for disbursement were sent on 24.01.22, which are again attached. I have lodged a complaint for non-receipt of maturity amount and the Service Request No. is 77370640 dated 28.03.22. The said complaint is also attached for your ready reference. They are delaying the disbursement and asking for documents again even though again it was sent on 28.03.22. This is the maturity claim and the company is holding the money of the insured person and applying delay tactics.
The company should be penalised for wrong doing and the customer should not suffer as during collection of premium for delay they lapse the policy or charge interest but for reimbursement of maturity amount no penalty is applicable.
Kindly look into it before I escalate the matter further.
