I had bought a policy from tata in 2019. However in 2020 i realised its not a good investment, so i requested for cancellation of policy but customer care told they cant cancel as policy as locking period of 3 years. Now when my policy is turning 3 years they have put it in surrender mode and now they are saying as its surrender mode and i can the get money only after 5 years. They are looting customers with their own new rules and without our consent.
