Last year I had a ulip plan (U[protected] from tata aia company for Rs.50000/-. This year I can't deposit the premium of the policy because of my financial condition is not good and ecs is being hit again and again in my account by tata company and I asked tata company executive Mr lalit pareek to cancel ecs on 21/06/2022 in which he gave me the mail id of [protected]@tataaia.com and said that email on this email id and ecs will be cancelled in 3 days, I have beeen sent mail to tata customer care email id but till date ecs has not been cancelled from my account whereas in last 6-7 days I have been following up to Tata AIA company for cancellation ecs through continuous mail. Today the amount of my home loan from hdfc ltd has been disbursed in my account and at the same time premium amount of 50000 rupees has been debited from my account by Tata company even I didn't want to pay this premium due to my weak financial condition.
Whereas I am to use this amount in home construction. I have suffered mental trauma due to 50000 debit from my account. I spoke to Mr. Amit agarwal in tata aia, jaipur on phone but he told me once the premium is deposited it will not be refunded then I spoke to Mr. shubham tongia on phone he said that I will talk to Amit, but no satisfied answer received from tata aia. After that mail was marked by me to brajendra.[protected]@tataaia.com and he registered my complaint and gave me complaint no. 79413248.
I am requesting to all of you, please transfer the deducted Rs.50000/- to my account as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take some legel action.
