My daughter's policy# is c[protected]. Both citibank and tata aia members have taken my signature on the policy form status they have my details as a citibank account holder and would have a policy done in my daughter's name. It is 18months now. Initially they mentioned it was yearly and i had paid on day 1 for 1year, and was yearly.
Suddenly tata has come up it is monthly for the subsequent years as per records which i was caught unaware. Work with them for 3months multiple correspondences and finally since 3months had already passed settled for 1/2 yearly. As i did not want to be associated with citibank anymore on this policy, it was agreed that no standing instruction will be there and i have the choice to pay from any bank/account.
Now i have see a message stating standing order has been set with my request which i have provided any, not informing me from which card they are debiting this.
This has been a pain to manage these stakeholders and is causing a lot of stress while they are harassing me on payments/and with no proper information. My health & work is also taking a beating spending non-productive team.
Request your intervention to sort out this and i am very happy if we can get the whole amount refunded and get away from tata aia and citibank.
