[Resolved] Tata AIA Life — tata aia life insurance mahalife supreme with worst surrender

We have taken "tata aia life insurance mahalife supreme" policy and paid premium for two years (72, 163+71, 085). Policy was issued on 27-dec-2012 for 15 years premium payment term. After that, we unable to make payment due to personal problems. Now, customer care team has informed me to surrender the policy and get the settlement amount of 42, 769/- only. I have paid the total premium amount 143, 248 but they are ready to settle 42, 769 only. Whether i can do anything legally to get whatever i paid as i didn't benefit anything from the policy?.
