I am an NRE Customer and paid my TATA AIA Insurance premium this year from my Foreign Bank + Indian NRE account. I have provided all details / transactions / NRE proof etc but TATA AIA is sending an apology mail that i am not eligible. It is very shame from TATA AIA to behave like this inspite of submitting many supporting documents to prove that am an NRE customer and paid my Premium using Foreign Banks + NRE.
