Dear Sir/Madam I am Jai Prakash Singh and I am having a policy with u vide no.U[protected]. dated Mar.2010. I have paid the 1st premium of Rs.15000 in that month. But due to my transferred to other region i couldnt paid the next premium. Now in 2014 when i enquired about that then i got information that my policy has been auto surrendered and the remaining amount of something 2000 has been send to me. But i have not got any payment till now. And also when i have paid 15000 then how it whould be refund only 2000. Also where is the cheque of that 2000. Kindly suggest what to do?

    My car TATA Indiaca No.TN18V0139 got accident occurred by tire blast in Chennai on 16.06.2013. I have TATA AIG insurance for motor vehicle policy no. 064001/[protected]/000000/00. And I submitted police certificate & driver statement for insurance claiming. I let my car to service to Concorde motor service, Maduravayal, Chennai. Now its crossed six and half months. Still that insurance company delayed for releasing the claim amount. By this delay, I lost my four months income and without income I paid car loan dues. And rust also forming in wheel. How can I survive? For this delay, that company should pay the full amount of car service charge.

      Sir/madam,

      I am vimal veera, above said policy holder for my car Hyundai I 10,

      I know you are one of the best service provider in Indian market, and providing the solutions of millions,

      This year my experience in claim and service doesn't suits your quality of service and slandered.

      I just want to take your attention toward after sales service the problem which face by me is as under...

      1) in spite of calling many times to customer care from mid of November for picking up the renewal premium, every time i got false promise by the executives and till date no one has turned up..

      2) on 3rd Dec. 2013. i dropped my car to MOHAL HYUNDAI, vasai, for the claim against denting and painting and service purpose. My claim Ref. no.[protected]. as per your surveyor it is informed to me that i can't claim the entire damage in a Single Claim which is occurred in single incident.
      So on 6th Dec.2013 i applied for 2nd claim ref. no.[protected]. and also claimed for damage of rear suspension system on same date.

      now till date your company surveyor didn't turned up for the survey. god knows what is the problem.

      even a SINGLE representative spoil the goodwill of the company

      hope you will look at the matter and trying to solve the issue.

        First I lodged complaint about non receipt of the policy in 18.05.2013, followed by a call on 08.06.2013. Subsequent calls on 12.07.2013 no. 1875294 attended by Ms. Upasana, followed on 12.08.2013 attended by Mr. Ashish No. 1964664, that was followed by call no. 61283850 attended by Suraj Singh and last one on 04.09.2013 under call no. 2032780 attended by Ms. Nilam and them by Francis Fernandese. All promised me of receiving policy at my door steps within 7 days as you have trained them to say so like puppets without any action. One of your staff, mentioned name, called on 08.06.2013 and said that the policy sent to my address returned with remarks 'no such person'. I am very much surprised at the address recorded in you no. of endorsement you sent to me for last 30 months. I have received my Pass post and many very important documents at the same address and how come your policy is not delivered, whereas your 12 endorsements sent on the following dates were delivered to me. Your staff whoever I contacted give false statements, very unfortunate. The endorsement letters as said above signed by Mr. Atri Chakraborty received are listed here below. 1. Endorsement letter dated 18.05.2013 2. Endorsement letter dated 12.06.2013 - 5 letters received at my end. 3. Endorsement letter dated 28.08.2013 - 6 letters received at my end. These multiple letters clear evidences that Mr. Atri is simply signing the letters without looking at it or understanding the complaints or not interested in customers grievances is the reason I requested you to take action against this person. On complaint 2032780 on 04, 09.2013 your company sent me the soft copy of the insurance policy. I was shocked to see the address recorded on the policy!!! It was mentioned as "B 12 Fie Patpar Ganj Industrial Area DELHI, 110092" I never resided in this area during my life time. How come you have recorded this address in the policy what authority you had to record this address? Please answer. Send me the original policy urgently or else I am forced to take legal action, referring to IRDA

            I have purchased TATA AIG General Insurance policy for my Car from Ms Sarika Gulati who claims to be the producer of TATA AIG. I handed over the cheque to one of their executive who came to my house to collect the payment. Later their guy came and took the pictures of my car! Its almost more tow months since i am chasing this lady to know the status of my original policy! She never picks the call when i call. To get the policy she use to call me on daily basis! But now after paying the money! No news!

            This is what service TATA AIG is offering to then client! I would request the consumer court to Black list all TATA AIG products and its services in future! I would like to have a compensation of the same the way i am being harassed!

              We had taken 2 policies one in my name - Ganesh Shastri - C[protected] and the other in my wife's name - Indira Ganesh - C[protected]. Both were taken in 2004 and all premiums were paid in time in each year. The maturity value was Rs. 3, 00, 000 each and the premiums were Rs. 49000 to 50, 000/- varying over the years.

              I do not know as to how the premiums were fixed. I was told that each year there will be an annual bonus which will give capital appreciation.

              Each on o[censored]s have paid Rs. 5, 20, 000/- as premium during the last 10 years.

              Now the maturity value is also Rs. 5, 20, 000/- for each o[censored]s including the bonus etc.

              There is no return and no capital appreciation. The so called bonus etc is NIL in reality.

              I need this to be investigated - why the return from this policy is NIL even LIC (Govt undertaking) gives minimum 6% per year.

              I will strongly advise that such policies should not be taken.

                Hi, I am Rambabu Kondala working with TATA Elxsi. I travelled on Air India VTZ-DEL-BHX on 12-Sep; and my baggage did not turn up. So i raised a complaint with BHX airport authorities and after lot of follow up i received my baggage after 7 days. During this time the response from Air India is horrible and they did not even pay me singly penny for their improper service. Since i have travel insurance from TATA AIG that covers travel baggage delay as well; i have submitted a claim (claim no: 662403) with all the required documentation. It is almost a month time and there is no response from them inspite of all the emails to the respective claim manager (Dasgupta, Niraja <Niraja.[protected]@tata-aig.com>). I have also called up their customer care to understand the status, was informed they are processing it and will arrange call back. But i did not either hear back anything from them, though i called them couple of times atleast. It is really horrible service from TATA AIG, request for your support to resolve this and to make them understand they must do their job please. Air India is as always the worst service to say the least.                   Sir, With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I have purchased a policy from your company on 27th September, 2010 bearing Policy No.U[protected] amounting to Rs.20,000/- , but I have paid only initial premium on 2010 and due to financial hardship I could not continue the policy. I have tried to contact the agent as well as office but neither company nor agent assist me. After thorough search I want to know the office at Exide near metro Rabindra Sadan and suddenly I rushed to that office and contact with them and as per my requirement they gave one statement but the said statement show that my present fund value is 0000 in liew of Rs.20,000/-. So, I fervently request your goodself to look into the matter sympathetically and take necessary action so that I may get my paid amount to my address given below as this will be very much helpful for me as I am suffering from financial hardship.                     I am holding TATA AIG Gold policy No.C[protected] in my son's name since 2004
                    I have given request twice for payment of premimium amount through my
                    SBI savings account but that was not processed by the Insurance company.
                    However, I tried today the 3rd June, 2013 to make payment through online
                    but that was failed. The reason for the same is not known. This is for information
                    and further necessary action. Further, it is stated that making premium payment
                    is becoming a herculian task. This is for information.

                      I have given my Car MH12 CK 7632 for accidental repair to Sanjay Hyundai Bhosari Pune on 11 May 2013.

                      After assessment on 14 May 13 only (after 3 days), TATA AIG has given "Go Ahead" for repair to Sanjay Hyundai.(Repair Assessment Cum Processing Sheet copy attached).br...

                      I, Dr. Nitin Gupta got my car insurance renewed in 8th, April 2013. The agent is Ms. Preeti Khandelwal. Her office is in Hindustan Hyundai, Sansar Chand Road, Jaipur. I was given the cover note but my policy was not sent to me for more than a month. I enquired on phone about my policy but they kept on lingering that it will be sent. Finally one day when I was form on sending my policy they sent the policy. But the address on the policy was wrong and that was my old Chandigarh address and I had already asked them to change it to my present address in Jaipur. I have provided them with the address. The policy also shows that my car is being financed by HDFC Bank though i have already cleared my outstanding loan amount one year back and the NOC has been given to the insurance policy agent. When I called back the response of the agent Ms. Preeti Khandelwal was very unprofessional and rude and she shouted at me. And my corrected and revised policy has not been sent to me yet. My insurance policy no. is[protected] dated 17/04/2013.
                      I request you to kindly take a speedy action.

                      TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Policy discontinued though premium is paid

                      Policy discontinued though premium is paid, since only I have changed company.
                      When I enquired them they told me that it is linked with that company only. But i have paid premium almost three years.
                      Now they are niether giving refund of premimum nor also not giving policy cover.

                        ucs — not receive policy paper

                        I have purchased one policy for Rs 10000 from bajaj allianz life insurance ltd in the month of jan 2008 from vapi gujrat branch.Have not recieved policy papers so far .

                        TATA AIG — Motor Insurance

                        I Had a very bad experience with TATA AIG Motor Insurance - They literally refuse to issue me claim for recent accident by saying it's an old accident...

                        I said I can show you place of accident...
                        And mechanic who helped me in driving back to Home.....

                        But same excuse "It's an old accident" -"It's an old accident" -"It's an old accident"

                        I can't launch FIR against my accident because reason for accident was ditch on Gurgaon highway..

                        Please help me

                        TATA AIG Motor Insurance — Troublesome, no response and Inappropriate behaviour

                        I had lodged a Claim with Tata around a month ago and after sending the required inputs, I have been following up with them since 2 weeks but no response or update from their end. It is quite painful to deal with them.

                        I had decided to give the car at a garage that I knew. At the time of survey, they spoke rudely, kept claiming that the parts were fake when they could verify it that they were not. Even after 2nd verification and confirming that the parts were genuine, they later claimed that they were not. Next, the garage person gave a bill with VAT and yet they kept asking for additional part bills which were never asked for initially. Now after 2 weeks of sending the bills, there is no response from their end.

                        Can someone please help with this?

                          TATA AIG is biggest fraud. They do not know even what to do while selling policy how will they respond in clearing claims.
                          Here is classic example.
                          I wanted to renew our car policy and their online site is down. Their check pickup is not possible. And this is the error which there sites shows.

                          And when you send a mail this is what you get.
                          Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

                            Sir one representative of Tata- A IG(Connaught Place Delhi )was present at PNB Branch (Connaught Place Delhi) who educated me regarding home Loan life Insurance, I convinced and completed all paper formalities to subscribe the home loan life insurance.
                            Sir on 18/01/2001 Rs 15,190.47 was debited for Tata-AIG premium from my PNB bank account (A/No[protected]).
                            With deep regret I inform you that I have not received the policy document yet. In this regard I send a number of mail and all document which was demanded by the service provider.

                            I have taken a Tata Aig health insurance policy on 11th november 2010. My account was also debited on same date. Till now I have not yet received the documents. I have written to the consumer care forum of the company many times but still I have not yet received the documents

                              I purchased one Lakshya plus policy from Tata Aig on 28.02.2010 they told me that after three years I widraw total fund value of my policy. Now 28.02.13 my policy three years completed. My policy is share marked based policy and I know that from 2010 to 2013 Sensex jump uped. From 28.02.2010 monthly installment Rs. Rs. 1499 deducted from salary account its gross total amount till date is Rs. 53964 but this time customer care executive told me that my total fund value is around 39000 and surrender charges also deduct its around Rs.11000 and after deduction the surrender charges I get Rs. 28000 around. I already mail to customer care of Tata Aig that please give my total fund value around 38000 but no respons from them. Please help me I belong from middle class family.

                                  I purchased the Tata Aig Life Lakshya Plus plan on 28.02.2010 through ECS having amount Rs. 1499 every monthly basis which is deducted from my salary account. Till date I deposited Rs.[protected] * 36) in this plan
                                  I spoke to your customer care executive regarding my total fund value against this plan he told me aprox Rs 38000.
                                  Due to some family problem I want to surrender my plan because my daughter is admitted in hospital. Your customer care executive told me that if I will surrender your plan you will get Rs. 27000 because Rs. 11,000 will be deduct as surrender charges from your account. You already deducted many charges from last 3 years, than how many charges deducted from my fund value.
                                  I know my policy is related with share market plan from February 2010 till date sensex jump up from 16000 to almost 19000.
                                  So, I request you to please refund my total fund value as on till date without deduction of surrender charges otherwise I will complain about my policy through registered case in consumer court.
