Since I m from 7 months there no perfect log out time. From 7 months they are letting us work till 10 Hours even if we are working till 10 Hours every day there is no overtime payment. They informed us while goining that there is 9 working hours. They are even cancelling our tea breaks. If we are not feeling well they don't even grant us half day leave.
They are cancelling our week off even they are not giving us festive holidays but they should not cancel our week of instead of 4 week off they are giving 2 to 3 Week Off that also forcefully. They are taking briefing after log out they are supposed to take briefing in morning or in login hours.
This all things are done by the order of Assistant manager of organization this harashment are done since 7 months of my joining even he don't have the manners how To talk with employees even if we are working hard with our best performance those our credits are given to people who are close to assistant manager.he only Appreciate girls Rather Than Boys and Only To The Boys who Are always roaming or beside him
They Are Harashment Every Day with all The Emplyees Always Using Bad Language With Employees All Employees They Are not Allowing For Employees To Resigned They Are Forcing To Employees To Get Absconded Every Months 6 Employees Are Getting Absconded From The Company

Even If I work in 10 Hours In Drishti Till Report. It's Showing that We Are 9 Hours Only .
so I Request To Improve All Those Nonsence Done In The Organizations just Because of Assistant Manager
