[Resolved]  Tata Capital Finance Service Limited — fraud by tcfsl .

This is to inform you sir that TATA Capital had Fraudently took my name and signature in a Loan against Property and had kept me as a Co Applicant against the Loan number 706381 which is illegal and a Fraud Offence and I wrote them email for which they replied by saying to visit branch again and again.

I am very much disappointed as it is reflecting my CIBIL as well and Liability.

You are been requested to take a serious action against.
