This is prem kaur.. from punjab india.. i had taken a car loan for a certain amount for my car and had given cheque to them.. and all my payments were going on time. on the 15 th of each month... but the 10 th month the payment don't go through because they did a mistake in the cherub ans send me a notice for it but then on the 21 set suddenly i get an ssms from the bank that the cheque got clear.. and then again everything went on track again. but when i completed my payments they said that i can't get a "no due" beause i didn't pay my one instulment of the 10 th month... but they got the money they it says in my passbook... and even put me on redline in banks to take another loan... and when i went in one of there branches they said mam there is no problems by ur side so i want to know jy can't they issue me a no due... then Was this information helpful? |
