[Resolved]  TATA cards — RATE OF INTEREST AND OTHER CHARGES

Kindly note that i am holding a tata card since one year in chennai in that means time i realise that the rate of interest is very high as i am consistently paying interest Rs 2400.00 per month as this very huge amount that i am paying apart from this they have been charge s overlimit fee late payment fee around Rs.1200/- i asked for reversal that the executive from tata card fails to provide reversal for this interest. As if see in other banking they will see first customer's guester of good will as in tata card they are not looking into customer GOGW. i request you to please check and improve you quality to satisfying the customer. regards SHAIK IRFAN [protected]
