We had opted for tata broadband as the sales person commited one month free and we took 3 months connection on November 17. Sales person mentioned one month free on the connection receipt details. Also informed us at the end of 3 months we will automatically get the 1 month free but now at the end of 3 months understand thatv it was a false commitment just to win the business.
