My TCS alumni portal account got locked so want to reset my password. So I tried "Forgot Password" option but not receiving any temporary passwords to my mail as mentioned. Also raised tickets on the same issue in "Contact Us" option but no response again. I need to fetch my service letter from alumni portal. Please help me with sending temporary password to my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com

    Alumni Portal access

    Hello,

    I am already registered to the alumni portal.
    But, whenever I am trying to login to the same, I am getting this error "Please use activation link sent on your email id to activate your account".
    I have not received any such activation link on my personal email id.

    Hi Team,

    It's been more than one week that I have tried to register my account on tcs alumni portal.It says that the activation link has been sent on my personal mail id but I have not received any link.Now I couldn't login in the portal as every time it ask to me first act complete the activation part. I had raised following tickets in the past - 966364, 966965

      My employee id is 2003490 . I am facing issue while login to tcs alumni portal. I have tried using forgot password method but I am not getting any temporary password to my mail. I have also raised tickets but haven't got any response till now. I am facing this issue for more than 3 weeks.

        Hi I have registered in Alumni Portal and tried to login I was not Abel to login
        it keep saying
        Please activate account from link in mail
        but I never received any activation link in mail
        I have raised tickets Multiple Times at CONTACTUS section no. response I got from TCS Alumni Team

        I have my dues to pay and Take all reliving and experience docs for that I am kind of stuck not able to login
        please help to login into Alumni Portal

            Mobile theft

            I'm Manisha I went to write exam in ion digital zone idz rajarajeshwari college of engineering kumbalgodu centre. I showed my hall ticket & went inside. I called my parents about reaching & kept my mobile in bag and placed in shelves which is provided by centre & went. After I came out & took bag & thought to call my parents but mobile wasn't there in bag. I called to my number with others phone it was ringing I came to know mobile is stolen....

            I am a ex-employee of TCS.i have served my notice period in October 2022.i have tried to register to alumni portal but it showed registration failed also after that I was unable to access the link for the same.i have raised the ticket for this issue for more than a week but haven't received any response yet.(ticket:963724).Also there is no contact details available to reach out regarding same issue.kindly check with the issue urgently.

              Blocked TCS Alumni portal by Internal security IS Team

              I have worked in TCS for almost 1.5 years from 03/2021-07/2022 since then from 3 months i not recieved my Relieving letter and recover my PF amount, i already discussed with my HR regarding this issue in phone and also through Mail but he suggested to drop a mail to seperation team i mailed several time but i didn't get any reply's so atlast one associate forwarded a link to register in TCS Alumini portal to initiate PF withdrawal and also...

              Facility to pay registration fee for 'Bylaw amendment' in the Society Sub Menu needs to be provided as Associations are unable to pay through the portal due to lack of this feature. Thanks.

                  Hello TCS,

                  As per Company policy would you keep an employee who sent threating messages mentioning illegal activities & harm a person by cutting his private parts? I had a Business deal with him in the past but he is very notorious & showing roudyiness. I have all the proof & evidence against him of this threating & Iam ready to share it with the company

                    I had my exam date on october 10th 2022, and I had prepared a lot for it.It is a paid exam of Rs 999, so i had taken it very seriously .My exam time was 6pm-9pm.I logged in at exact 5pm for registration and completed all the procedures, and at 6pm when i clicked the launch button, i was redirected to the initial page of downloading the portal for assessment which i had done already.
                    I contacted the tcs helpline via phone, i also sent them mail as told by the tcs helpline person.I didnt get any reply.
                    I approached tcs livechat the next day for help and they too asked me to mail at tcsionhub.i mailed, but i got no response.I did this about 3 times and hoped for a response.
                    It has been almost a month now and i got no reply from tcs and i even asked for my refund several times through tcslivechat, to which they are not responding.
                    I need a reschedule for my exam or atleast a refund.
                    If anyone knows how to deal with this issue ..Please reply to me in the comment section.

                      I have been unable to register to the alumina portal from where I am supposed to get my head experience letter and the PF amount withdrawn. I have raised a ticket from the "contact us" option. But it hasn't been addressed yet. The ticket number is 959249

                        I'm karthikeyan my emp id is 1628738
                        i worked in tcs for the past 3.9 years. During covid time they have tagged a laptop under my name, I haven't received that laptop also. I worked in kochi location. Laptip was tagged from chennai location. I dropped mail to kochi and as well as chennai asset team still they didn't untagged that laptop from my name because of that is clearance is pending for me. I resigned on 14 oct 22, I raised ticket in alumini portal they told me check with my separation officer he replied me like check with kochi asset team. It's going in a loop for the past 2 years I drop mail it will go to kochi asset team they loop chennai asset team they won't take any action. Unfortunately, I didn't asked them for laptop they tagged in my name and they are not taking any steps to untag. But they will not provide me my ffs how come it will be correct.

                            When i register myself on TCS alumni portal my account is not getting created. I receive a message "details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS." And the account is not getting created.if it get activated only i can download payslips and relieving letter

                                I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services and my last working day was on 4th of October 2022. Till the last day I have been checking my company mail for any TCS Alumni portal in order to get registered in that portal and get my service and relieving letter with Full Final Settlement but didn't received, So one my ex-colleague of TCS shared me the link in order to help me to get registration in alumni portal but since that it's showing as below after I followed their registration process:

                                "Dear Ms. Nandi Sneha,

                                Thank you for registering with TCS Alumni Portal. Your registration information has been processed. However details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS.

                                We are sorry to inform you that we can not make your account active.

                                You can reach us through "Contact Us" link in the Alumni Portal Login Page if you have any further query."

                                Even though I registered and raised ticket to "ContactUs" for 3 times as per mentioned above, the same thing happened repeatedly even though I have put correct details and team is not considering my issue, it is very important for me to get my belongings as mentioned above.

                                My last ticket raised was
                                "TCS Alumni Portal: Ticket No. 953867 has been registered successfully under TCS Alumni Portal - Login Failure".

                                Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  Hi. I know you value integrity in your company. However, I felt betrayed. I actually applied for a non voice account but I was left dumbfounded when I confirmed with Miss Divine that the account assigned to me is a voice account. During the initial and final interview, I was never told that it is a voice account. All along, I thought it was non voice as posted in one the job portals where I submitted my application. It left me with no choice but still pursue the job because of the time I invested with this application process and I badly need a job as I had been vacant for almost 3 months looking for a job that I really want. It is just disappointing how this one turns out. From the beginning, recruiters and the interviewers were not very transparent. If only they told us earlier, atleast I could have applied to somewhere near to my place. Your company provides good compensation and benefits, I guess. However, it just doesn’t felt right to me. I truly feel that they were dishonest. I already reached out to Miss Divine regarding my concern. Sadly, the explanation she gave me left me unsatisfied. By the way, it was not only me who were shocked, 3 of my colleagues were also anticipating that this was a non voice account. How could you make this thing right? Hoping for your kind response. Thanks
