Tata Consultancy Services — experience letter and relieving letter not received.

My last working day with tcs was 12th june, till now they have not provided me the relieving letter and experience certificate.
There is no communication on full and final settlement.
Hr is not responding to any of the mails or call.
They have not even activated my tcs alumni portal.
As per last communication with my hr, he stated the action will be taken within 48 hours and it have been more than 20 days. I have seen my colleagues getting these formalities done in 5-10 days, what is the special about my case, at-least i should be informed on this.
I demand an instant action on this.

Hi,
I resigned from tcs last year and from the next day i tried registering in alumni portal but i'm not getting any confirmation mail. I have raised nearly 20 tickets regarding this but i didn't get any reply. Please help. Its urgent i have to take form 16.

Plz.. provide my passport cover as it as possible
Now I did not get my passport cover Yet
I got a message of confirmation paid for passport cover on[protected] which is shown in attachment picture
