Hi,
For the purpose of withdrawing my PF, I manually registered myself at TCS Alumni Portal (https://www.alumniportal.tcs.com) on On 7-Jan-2022. On the same day, I received an email with subject line " TCS Alumni Portal: Receipt of Registration Form" confirming the receipt of my Registration Information.
I waited for 10 days but haven't received any further correspondence. Also, my registration/account in the Alumni Portal was NOT active and I was getting error message while trying to login into the account (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). So, on 17-Jan-2022, I raised a ticket (Ticket No. 766402) querying about the status of my registration.
On 19-Jan-2022, I received the reply of the above-mentioned Ticket (Ticket No. 766402) from the Corporate Support Team. They mentioned that I provided incorrect Date of Release during registration. They asked me to re-register myself with the correct data (they also provided me the correct Date of Release)
On the same day, I tried to re-register myself in the Alumni Portal, but the portal showed the error message "Employee id is already registered in Alumni Portal" (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED)
I raised a ticket again (Ticket No. 768515) mentioning the problem. But, to my surprise, I got the EXACT same reply this time.
After that, I raised 2 more tickets (Ticket No. 769601 & 772210), but every time I am getting the exact same reply, asking me for re-register myself with the correct details whereas the portal is not allowing me to do so. As I am receiving the exact same reply every time, I fear that I am getting some automated mail response.
on 30-Jan-2022, I mailed to corporate.[protected]@tcs.com requesting to let me know the procedure of PF withdrawal, but till date I have got no response.
I tried my best to find out any other channel of communication to solve these issues, but in vain. Hence I am posting in this portal with the hope of getting a solution as early as possible.
