I worked for TCS in India since 2010 through 2014 as Sr. Consultant. I requested TCS by submitting PF withdrawl forms and follow up with PF department however there was no response. They are still holding my PF. I request Govt. of India to take immediate action against them and banned them to do any business with United States. I also submitted complaint against with US Department of Labor. Please take immediate action against them for doing illegal practices. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Tata Consultancy Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 23, 2025 Updated by gcp_vijay I am ex TCS employee worked as Sr. Consultant from 2010 through 2014. I requested so many times about my PF withdrawl. Submitted forms for withdrawl however there is no response from PF department. I still did not get my PF since 2014. I request Govt. of India to take immediate action against them and banned them for doing business in United States. I also submitted complaint to Labor depart o[censored]S against this employer.
