[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Outgoing call barred

Hi, I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (1299 unlimited plan) from past almost nearly 3year. My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I am regularly paying my bill on time. Now, my number is blocked saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.” I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle. Regards, Sundeep

Dear Customer,

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, your number has been barred due to commercial usage (Suspected Unlimited Plan Misuse) and the same cannot be restored with same bill plan. Please note that, your usage pattern is matching with the defined criteria of commercial usage set in the system, and as per this plan any commercial usage by any individual customer, who has taken the connection for person use, is not allowed. (1) Customers with > 300 uniquely called numbers in a week. (2) Customers with < 15 minutes of incoming usage in a week. (3) 95% of outgoing calls originating from one cell id continuously for a week. (4) Customers with off net outgoing minutes o[censored]sage > 700 in a week. Hence, we request you to kindly opt lower rental plans to avail uninterrupted services or else kindly revert us with a line of confirmation for further proceeding. We also suggest that for latest offers on day to day basis, you may check all the plans by login on to www.tatadocomo.com and follow the below steps - (1) Select "Voice" tab from the main page and select "Post pay service" from the drop down list. (2) Select "CDMA"/"GSM" as type of service. (3) Select Circle. (4) Click on the link "Post pay service". (5) The details of the post-pay plans will be found under the tab post-pay offer 6. You can select from various plans as per your requirement (e.g. unlimited plan, friends & Family plans etc).
