[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — prepaid sim card suddenly stopped working

I have been using the same sim card since 4 years. The sim card was quiet old. One day it suddenly stopped working.
The sim card is not getting detected at all in my phone. (I still use the same mobile).
Now its been more than a month that my sim card is not working. As i was busy i couldn't reach out for any customer service.
So i kindly request you to help me out.
I ll provide my alternate number so that for any further information that is needed to solve the issue.

I'm a customer of Tata Docomo from past few years, Today my balance deducted automatically for LDR subscription which I haven't subscribed. I don't even know what the LDR is. I want refund of my deducted money.
I hope this will be resolved soon. Thak you

Docomo charged 189 for VAS services which I never ever requested. Customer care not responding and when I sent mail, received response that VAS activated through SDP mode...I never done this..the response was really bad and complete lie as I have deactivated VAS services 3 years back...
