[Resolved] Tata Docomo — regarding error while sending messages

I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending SMS from my number from last 15 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent-error 50". Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 15 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Dhananjay.
