Tata Docomo — registration

My mobile is getting can't register sim I didn't used it for a month now it's getting like that can't register sim i have to use that sim because it's office oriented my boss didn't gave any information to forward till now but now he is giving many things to be get forwarded please solve my problem if not I will loss my job I don't have any store near me because we are small town I work under a village doctor there is no docomo store near us so pleaseeeeeeeeee i want my no back please solve it my mobile no is [protected] thanks for the complaint box please solve it as quickly as possible
