With reference to my tatatelebroadband number[protected] vide account number[protected], i have been using intercom facility for above mentioned landline number & have “ctx-societyctx-zero mnrt” which was activated on dated 25-oct-2013 00:00:00 this was confirmed by them (Attached scrrenshot). This facility is used by everyone in the building society (Kumar primavera) for security reasons; anyone entering the society premises has to dial the apartment occupant before he/she is allowed entry.
Now suddenly the intercom facility stopped working yesterday (July 13). I sent a written complaint to tata docomo.in response, i get something which reads like "we have verified our records and found there is any intercom connection belongs to your above account.". What does this mean? I do not understand the language. Does it mean i do not have an intercom facility? If it means that, was i under some delusion for the last 6 years that i was talking to strangers over the intercom line? Does it mean that i imagined receiving an email from tata docomo earlier confirming this intercom usage (Attached) which said "as per our telephonic discussion on [protected] dated 25-mar-2019 at 10:55 am, we would like to inform you that you are using intercom facility for above mentioned landline number & currently you are having “ctx-societyctx-zero mnrt” which was activated on dated 25-oct-2013 00:00:00."
Whatever it means, why is tata docomo ignoring the serious security threat this is posing? Anyone can now enter my apartment without getting checked at the gate? Note that this facility is extended to nearly every apartment in the building society "kumar primavera". Instead of appreciating this problem, the tata docomo representative is choosing to reply to me about what their records say. Firstly it is not clear what the agent is trying to say, and even if it says that i do not have an intercom facility, it is factually incorrect.
What is going on? I cannot afford to put my family at risk. Please take it up seriously and fix the problem. Fix the intercom line immediately please.
