As per the conversation(with Ms. Mamta) had with our team, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our record we have found that you have the pending outstanding amount(Rs. 853/-) in your old account number[protected] for which the services of your new account number[protected] has been barred. Further, we would like to inform you that we are unable to process the request for cancellation due to security reasons. Hence, we request you to kindly answer any 2 of the following security questions to proceed with the request: (1) Please confirm your Billing address/Installation address?
