It has been notice that TATA housing, thru its national online sales promotion, has given less/or same price or indirect benefits like loan waver to new buyer. Though the old buyer (Who booked the flats in same project/scheme and in similar flats) have to pay higher price or the discounts are not passed. There by committed buyers who have booked flats before lunch of such scheme are paying higher and loosing the value of Investment even before getting hand over.
This only reflects that TATA's don't value there customer's hard earned money and commitment to there project. They themselves are bringing down value of there customers. For there sales benefit and Sales team incentive.
Even after repeated reminder there is no written reply, So that we cannot proceed against them legally. Infact I we have send mails up to VP Sales (National level) with no response for months.
They commit on mail just that we will get back to you but don't respond at all. Infact, they also adjusted the amount paid by us in Interest, where the payment was done on basic cost. As we have dispute with them on the interest charged.
Last but not least. They even miss guided us that TDS can be deducted at last payment, Which strictly against the law. Was this information helpful? |
