Would like to share my experience with you We have Booked a Plot in Tata one of the premium project in Gurgaon in Feb. 2015. We asked tata housing Executive whether we could get fiance for this Project / also asked whether this project has required approval . Tata Executive have Confirm us that indeed this project is approve for the Finance.Also he spoke to one of His contact in Tata capital. And confirm us that loan can be approve and arranged quickly. So finally after confirming with Tata capital and Tata housing we have Booked the property and made the required payment. We started process for the Loan immediately(in March 2015) So Tata Capital asked us for some Set of document we forwarded our request to Tatahousing to provide the required documents. We got to know that required project approval in not available to Finance this project. So we started daily Followup with Tata housing to get the required approval. Despite of not providing any documents Meanwhile Tatahousing has send us the Next Payment demands . Also we we spoke to the Tata housing Executive they kept us ensuring that it will approved soon. Also as delayed are not due to Tatahousing as they can't provide the document so we will not charged with any delayed interest payment due to this. In Sep 2015 Loan was approved . We have requested for the due payment and now we get mail / Post form Tatahousing that We sould also make required payment for interest due to payment delay. 1.Now decision is your if you wish to Invest in such company who never kept their promise. We still don't know what else is on our way still. 2. This is a premium project from tata every unit worth More than 2.6 Cr 3. We NRI invest and then get these Treatment away from home not have much options 4 So it is highly advisable to not invest in any Tata housing Projects. Was this information helpful? |
