i have received a text message in that "Your resume has been selected.kindly download your letter by link-www.tatapost2805a.blogspot.com" in that letter they ask me to pay RS. 7000 as refundable

Dated 27/04/2014, i have got an image shared by tata india limited via drop box. Is that true . And i cant open the link given to there.
I cant open the link . If possible send me the reply soon.

They are just sending mails, messages and whatsapp msgs.Just look at a picture i have attached here with.
