I bought a postpaid sim on 26th October, 2013 from one of the sales representative of this company Mr. She had and his contact no. is [protected]. I asked him to start no. As soon as possible and he committed me by 28th October, 2013 no. is going to start.. But till now sim is not started and even he is not answering my calls. I am calling on various customer care no. 121, [protected] and [protected] but no one is listening to my complaint. I have paid 1100/- for this sim. I want my money back or solve my complaint as soon as possible. Please take a strict action against such kind of behaviour. Tata indicom postpaid sim RSN NO. [protected].
