I hve ordered my passport cover on 23/5/22 at cost RS.600 (from psk) my Receipt number is =pp[protected], tracking I'd =EX[protected]IN, .my current is at Guwahati airport post which was deliver their on 28/5/22 but till now my parcel didnot come at my nearest post .My frnd me also had ordered the passport cover at same date and I hve given compain for her cover and today he received the mail that is was delivered at Guwahati NSH but what about me y my passport cover didnot delivered to me Have i done anything I'd yes than provide me the reason of not than y my cover is waiting their and for whom y they are not delivering my passport cover to my nearest post .In your term and condition it has been written directly that within 7 working days i will rcvd but till now i didnot get than what is the value of your terms and condition It's so bad u hve look after everything u hve all the department for all service and y they are not taking action they are not doing their work perfectly try to improve your policy and also i didnot get The any msg realated to my cover than y you are taking RS.50 for sms charge it's useless
It's a very big loophole of our management system U hve say that the customer is your first priority than what is this is it you are fulfilling ur word I don't think so kindly Look after my issue and solve as fast as possible as much possible as u can bcoz i can't wait more ur given date is over in airpot everything had been checked carefully u re so much alreart at that time but here y you are so lazy your work is so weak i didnot except this from Tata international company so big company but the management is not perfect
Kindly solve my issue as fast as possible so that I can rcvd my parcel
