Subject: Regarding issuance of NOC Vehicle No. HP56C5600. Ref: Account No. [protected] Name Vinod Kumar Sir, With reference to above subject i had talked to your people from time to time and getting fake response without any credibility your company is making false commitment and we should think that your person sitting on BM positions have no idea how to give the same rather they told us that they have no rights allocated from HO for same. We have associated with you with the faith which TATA’s had earn but this type of attitude and sense of irresponsibility shows that Tata Finance is also like another fake companies doing nothing except fake commitments We had requested you BM Mandi to give us telephone number of Area Managers or their emails but he had disconnected the phone. This type of attitude is not at all acceptable which shows the non professionalism TATA Finance people had. As many times we had called your people on telephone and made discussion with Mr. Kewal Sharma Contact No. [protected] for full & final payment of above said account no. in the name of Mr. Vinod Kumar then Mr. Sharma calculate full & final Payment amounting to Rs. 143800/- including account closure charges and interest up to clearing of cheque and said that after the receipt of payment and clearance within one week we will issue us NOC for the same. I have made a payment of Rs. 143800/- dated 08/11/2013 vide Ch. No.262326 and cleared on 13/11/2013. Due to my personal problem I could not contact with the above said office & dealing person a long time. We have called on Toll Free No .they also responded unprofessionally and shifted the burden to Branch office. After that we visit your Mandi Branch office personally dated 31/03/2014 and meet with Branch Manager and told the issue personally then he said that sir you have to give me a 15-20 days time I have personally despatched your NOC but i have got no response from him except excuses that I am out of station or in a meeting etc. But till the date I have not got my NOC due to this I have been suffered a lot from last six and half month. If I Know earlier that TMFL will be creating lots of problem for time of issuance of NOC I have never got the vehicle financed from them they are carrying a Brand and faith which Mr. Rattan Tata had created which we think is finishing day by day. Due to TMFL I am facing lot of problem. This is my last reminder for you if I have not got my NOC within one week i.e by 15 May 2014. I will take a legal action against you.
