Sir I have purchased the Tata Altroz from Berkley Tata Chandigarh and got delivery on 09.07.2023 Sunday
After getting delivery immediately I saw the engine malfunction light on the dash board display
I immediately send the snap of display to the sales person and make a call. He said this minor problem I will solve the same by sending some engineer to your home . So I decided not to run vehicle
After prolong follow up yesterday they collected the vehicle to their worshop.. they told me they will solve the same within 15 minutes
But they have tried full day and not diagnosed the problem
I have called and mailed to Tata service engineer also he assured me to solve the problem by evening
But we regret to inform that they are unable to solve the problem and take the vehicle for two days ..
today I have sent several mails to general manager and Tatamotors also .. they did not responded and only replied to contact their regional service head
Sir I have purchased the new vehicle and paid the hard earned money and they have supplied the defective vehicle .. which is till in his workshop
There for it is requested to replace the vehicle immediately
