[Resolved] Tata Play — Amazon Prime Subscription Charge Deducted without my consent | ||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sanjeev Khokhar, I request for Binge Connection on 12June which is free for one month, as told my customer support Executive on call .After the installation of Binge Fire Stick at my Location on 14-June -2022, when tata play engineer open the Amazon Prime link it get activated without any id and password and charges of 179 is deducted from tata play account as i have recharged my tata play account for one year in advance. I inform the same to customer support on the same time by mail, and telephone with complaint Id: 3N7EJS02. After that when i find no response, i send the mail to nodaloffice at mail id [protected]@tataplay.com. Then i received the call and they told me backend team will call you and provide you the resolution. But no resolution is provide by them and not provide my any refund. Since then i follow up regularly with email and phone call, later on they closed my ticket without any resolution.
