Sir, i want to change my name & category through official website of tata power ddl, but every time when i applied for change name & category on that time i uploaded all documents in pdf format less than 10 mb but not submitted from your site. I lodged a complaint of my meter & do action immediate because now my connection is non domestic category and after sold out this floor in residential category. So, thats i have to change name & category (From non-domestic to domestic). Few days before i was submitted physically but they didn't accept physical documents and refuse and said to me applied only on online. Sir, i am very frustrate from your customer service. No one can't help specially in customer service helpline number.
