[Resolved] Tata Power Solar — solar panel

We have installed an on-grid solar panel 3kb a year ago by unique energy kottayam. This is the 4th time it has not working properly. First 3 times the engineer said the problem with the inverter and it was changed last three times. But this time the engineer said it is the problem with earthing. Whatever it is the system is not working as it should be. So are very disappointed with this. We would like you to consider this and please do the needful as early as possible.

Tata Power Solar Customer Care's response Earthing side Issue rectified, The Inverter is replaced & system working fine.

Updated by Shinu Nair On28/05/2022 .The instrument again became out of action due to normal defect .The same has been reported to the matter to the Kottayam office and registered the complaints.No action has been taken even repeated request. Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible
