I have booked tatasky metro scheme ( No.[protected]) with monthly rental of Rs.360/- but the company is preponing the renewal date each time and without asking adding HD charges of Rs.125/-which I do not require. I had booked the dth connectivity on 29th Aug.14 and deposited the monthly rent of Rs.360/- but they had preponed the renewal date to 20th Oct.14 and today when I recharge the monthly rent of Rs.360/- the renewal date again preponed to 10th Nov.14 .
Again I request that i do not want HD package and my renewal date should be set accordingly monthly rent for metro and how come the date is prepone each time...
On toll free there is no personnel - only the auto answer with no solution and promoting their products without asking thus defeating the whole purpose of customer care.
