We have been using Tata Leased line connection since 2012. Suddenly the link got disconnected by the TTSL on 20th Apr 2018, when we spoke with customer care they said they have disconnected our link due to non profitable BTS and also they said it was communicated to us about one month back via Email but we did not receive such a mail. We have requested them to restore our connection for one month but they refused....

As per my records i have paid the pro-rata amount to ttsl when my old account was converted with the new account with increased data speed. Kindly help in this regard.
