[Resolved]  Tata Teleservices, Maharashtra — internet not working, customer care do not respond at all

I am a customer with docomo no: [protected] (account no:[protected] .Our internet is not working and
We tried contacting customer care [protected] but no body is responding.
I really dont understand why do they publish the customer care number if they dont work at all.

First of all i need explanation why does the customer care do not respond .
If this is the case we are more happy to remove the connection and take connection from
a different service provider.
We are extremely unhappy with the customer care services.
