I had applied for my pfa settlement to tata teleservices provident fund on 02.04.2018 as detailed below:

All requisite documents had been sent through speed post on 02.04.2018 to the following address:

I had recived a conformation mail eps fund shatteled your paymeny recived with in 15 days.
But payment not recived and till date i am yet to receive an intimation/confirmatory mail from the office.

I shall be obliged if you could look into this matter treating it most urgent
